at ng dahil sa Marrying a Millionaire gumawa ako ng accnt co sa crunchyroll..ahaha..
kaka adik nya talaga..

o sya at ako'y manunuod pa eh..ehehe..

weeeee..last monday january 21 pumunta ako sa bahay nina rosalyn..kasama ko mga iba pa naming kaibigan..naalala ko tuloy yung mga araw na magkakasama kami..saya saya namin nun..hayz..basta ang saya namin nun..

anyway..yun nga pumunta kami dun kasi nag invite si rosalyn..birthday daw ng tatay nya..nagkita kita muna kami nina noreen and jelly sa harap ng simbahan para sabay sabay na kami pumunta dun..nung makita ko sila iba pakiramdam ko..ahaha..namiss ko kasi sila..tapos alis na kami..nung andun na kami parang get together party ang nangyari..pero okei na rin yun..masaya ako kasi kahit sa sandaling oras lang nabuo ulit kaming magkakaibigan..



yan sila..ahaha..mas gusto ko yung last picture..kasi nag papacute si noreen eh..ahahaha..ang aadik namin nung andun kami..parang kami ang may-ari ng bahay..ang iingay namin..ahahaha..pinagaawayan pa namin kung anu ang mas maganda kung ang coffee prince o ang spring waltz..syempre sagot ko spring waltz..ahaha..kapamilya kaya ako..pero di ko makakalimutan yung araw na yun..kasi kahit papano nakasama ko sila..kahit sandali lang..moment na rin yun para i cherish..ahaha..basta sila lang yung klase ng kaibigan na kahit na may dumating na prublema handa silang tumulong hanggat kaya nila..kahit na minsan sa buhay namin eh nag away away na kami..pero sa bandang huli kami pa rin ang magkakasama..

Nightmare is the term currently used to refer to a dream which causes a strong unpleasant emotional response from the sleeper, typically fear or horror, or the sensations of pain, falling, drowning or death. Such dreams can be related to physical causes such as a high fever, or psychological ones such as psychological trauma or stress in the sleeper's life, or can have no apparent cause. Sleepers may waken in a state of distress and be unable to get back to sleep for some time.
Occasional nightmares are commonplace, but recurrent nightmares can interfere with sleep and may cause people to seek medical help. A recently proposed treatment consists of imagery rehearsal. This approach appears to reduce the effects of nightmares and other symptoms in acute stress disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder.


ilang gabi na rin akong binabangungot..ako pa naman mag isa sa room..di ko na nga alam kung anu dapat kong gawin..ilang gabi na kasi akong nananaginip ng mga multo na ako ang pinagdidiskitahan..kaya nga nagdadasal ako palagi..saka humingi na rin ako ng tulong sa iba na pagdasal nila ako..ang hirap ng ganito..kahit na magdasal ako nangyayari pa rin yun..anu ba pwede kong gawin?? advice naman jan..
